Yoga at the Market …. so far we have 4 sessions lined up! July 16 & 23, August 13 & 27. They will be 45 min beginner/open to all level classes. If you intend to attend, please bring some water to drink and a mat/towel to lay on the ground. The sessions will be held in the Labyrinth just north of the market. Instructor will be at the market at 10am to answer any questions about Yoga before the sessions. 11am – 11:45am … Free/Donations to the market encouraged.
